Established in January 2011, Dingyifeng Group is registered as Shenzhen Dingyifeng Asset Management Co., Ltd, with branches spreading across Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Headquartered in Shenzhen, Dingyifeng is a large multinational asset management company with a registered capital of RMB 461 million. Currently the company manages nearly RMB 20 billion worth of assets.

The name of “Dingyifeng” stems from the three most auspicious hexagrams in I-Ching, namely the “Cauldron Hexagram”, the “Increase Hexagram” and the “Richness Hexagram”. The name itself symbolizes huge bearing capacity, charisma, generosity and altruism. The Group integrates five thousand years of Chinese tradition into its corporate culture that combines capital contest with cultural heritage.

Singapore – World’s fourth largest financial center

According to the 2014 GFCI ranking, Singapore becomes the fourth largest financial center in the world, after New York, London and Hong Kong. In order to accelerate its global outreach, Dingyifeng started to invest in Singapore in 2015, through Singapore Dingyifeng International Capital Management Limited. The company is located at Asia Square, sharing the same building with other top international companies, such as Citibank, Sarasin, Google, Lloyd’s and property developer MGPA. Dingyifeng has identified Singapore as the key strategic center in its global expansion. Starting from Singapore, Dingyifeng is looking to expand across Asia, followed by rest of the world.
